Enhance your work-life balance by scheduling a discovery call with us. After you sign up for our services and pay the one-time setup fee, our project management specialist will send you a form to outline your specific job requirements.

We initiate the hiring process by gathering a pool of qualified candidates with expertise in your field. Our first interviews focus on identifying candidates whose work styles align with your business culture.

Next, we assess the candidates’ skills, identifying their strengths, software proficiency, and industry ambitions. A smaller group will undergo a second interview to evaluate their character, reliability, and trustworthiness, along with conducting necessary background checks.

We’ll introduce you to our top candidates, allowing for a mutual exchange of information. This stage helps you understand each candidate better and ensures they are a good fit for your business operations.

In this phase, you will finalize your choice of candidate(s). Together, you’ll discuss expectations and how they will integrate into your team, ensuring a smooth transition.
 

In the final step, we provide tailored training for your new Virtual Talent. This includes familiarizing them with your business practices, teaching them how to send detailed Start of Day (SOD) and End of Day (EOD) reports, and equipping them for their specific role within your organization.
